The PHANTOM through desk unit utilises the office furniture industry standard 80mm cable port aperture to provide a hideaway location for power and data. When closed, PHANTOM keeps  the desktop clear and uncluttered.

Operating on a low  friction ball slide the unit may be pulled up from beneath the worksurface to access the power and data connections. The unit can be used in the open position or in the closed position when most standard plug types are inserted. When closed provides a neat cable exit facility.

Standard colours – Matt black body - black fascias and end caps.

Other colours available on request – may be subject to minimum order quantity.

All Office Electrics products are manufactured to enable compliance with BS6396 or BS7671 where relevant.

On mixed use units- Power and Data are internally segregated.

Insulation:
Fully earthed aluminium casing with fire retardant ABS fascias. A 2000V protective membrane is incorporated.

Earthing:
Earth bonding to steel carcass is possible

Fusing:
5 x 20mm ‘slo-blo’ anti-surge ceramic fuses.

Mounting:

One standard method of fixing the Phantom.

Under 80mmmm port
          -Steel case under desk is fixed using 3 screws.
          -Most robust pull-up unit on the market.

Inlets/Outlets:
Hardwired flyleads in all cases – both Power and Data
Security:
Tamper restrictive screws (T10) are used as standard.

Testing:
100% fully tested before despatch.

The Phantom is restricted to UK sockets & standard Data and Telecom outlets. However our new angled data fascias provides CAT6 capability.
