Elsave Basic: A simple master switch that controls all the desk power from a single point.
Users don’t always switch off all the devices on their desk
because they can’t find all the switches, or the switches aren’t accessible, or
they simply can’t be bothered to switch everything off individually.
Elsave Basic can be implemented using any of our standard
on-desk modules, such as the Pod, Poco, or Polar Ice, which can all be built to
your specifications with any combination of power & data sockets.
An illuminated master switch fitted in to the on-desk module controls the power to all the on-desk and under-desk sockets from a single point, making it easier for the user to switch everything off and thus increasing the likelihood that they will do so.
The bright neon indicator in the master switch can easily be seen from a distance, so a quick scan around an empty office at the end of the day will allow you to spot any desks that have been left on & switch them off.
Of course, the user has to shut down or hibernate their PC before operating the master switch, but if your employees already do this habitually then Elsave Basic might be the answer for you.
